Imagination Friendly is open to the unknown, encouraging playful, creative ways of being.
Our work aims to unlock creativity’s full potential and increase our understanding of the true value of the original and imaginative.

Being Imagination Friendly is about developing the right conditions for the imagination to flourish. It’s about creating environments and first hand experiences that offer a safe place and inspiration for exploration, experimentation, discovery and personal expression. It’s the promotion of curiosity, playfulness, freedom and fun.
It’s also better world building. Imagining sustainable creative futures for all. Imagination Friendly nudges participants into a creative space where they have the freedom to be inventive and learn through play. And we encourage participants to engage with the real world and become more aware of their own bodily senses as well as the physicality of spaces, objects and nature.
Learning something new involves risk taking and an openness to ideas and concepts outside of what you already know or think to be true. And we need to have fun while learning!
Being imaginative in itself is boundary breaking. It frees one from the restraints of cultural conventions and prescriptions by encouraging new ways of doing, being and thinking.
We believe in the importance of curiosity and first hand experience.
Within all of us lies a playful / creative soul, let’s nurture that.

Deep at the roots of Imagination Friendly experiences lie an interconnectedness that has everything to do with our relationship with nature. We believe that respect for the natural world is key to humanity’s future and that imaginative encounters can bring us closer to a unity with Nature.
In our projects we aim to be respectful of the Earth and give back to the natural world. The term “reciprocity” means to exchange or to give and receive. It can also refer to a mutually beneficial relationship - responding to a positive action or experience with another positive action. It’s about kindness, respect and generosity.
We prioritise learning through experience, investigating how to re-use and repair what already exists and how to help grow awareness of our greater footprints on the environment as individuals as well as collectively. Through future-conscious material choices, we wish to teach responsibility, care and respect.
It’s never to early or to late to become part of the positive change through our choices and actions. By nurturing creativity and giving it both time and space to blossom, we aim to build a stronger platform for new ideas and pathways.
